Work Hours/Shift:

Full Time

Monday – Friday 8am -5pm

You Will Be Responsible For:

•    Prepares and manages correspondences, documents, and reports.

•    Takes notes, types, and distributes minutes of meetings.

•     Maintains databases, operates office equipment, and manages office space.

•     Executes and maintains office systems, maintains calendars and schedules.

•   Maintains and devises office systems, including filing, data management, etc.

•   Establishes and maintains secretarial practices in order to ensure reliable and accurate date, essential for efficient operations.

•  Sets up and maintains filing system, establishes work procedures, and collates information.

•    Manages supplies and inventories for Nutrition Services Department.

•    Serves as liaison to other departments, staff, vendor, and suppliers.

•    Practices customer service skills consistently and with genuine conviction.



Qualifications

What You Will Need:

•         Strong professional etiquette.

•         Strong computer skills required, i.t. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

•         Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to make independent decisions.

•         Good communication skills, both written and verbal.         

•         Completion of two (2) year Secretarial Science Program or equivalent in experience.

•         One (1) year of experience in similar position with multi-tasking.

•         Previous experience in healthcare setting preferred
