Work Hours/Shift:

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Responsible for supporting the strategic vision of the Executive Director of Digital Strategy and Director of Web Marketing Strategy.
  • Lead, manage, and elevate website staff, cross-functional teams and partner/vendor relationships, including recruiting, training, mentoring, and supervision.
  • Work closely the Director of Web Marketing Strategy to ensure proper strategic planning, implementation, analysis, and optimization of website and other digital assets.
  • Provide thought leadership website best practices, ensuring the organizational website delivers maximum value.
  • Provide orchestration among team members, leadership, key stakeholders and internal teams (such as IT) and vendors/partners to ensure the website is continually updated and maintained.
  • Define and drive organizational website goals, strategy, and tactics to propel engagement with Adventist Health System.
  • Work closely with design staff to drive optimal website design, functionality and search engine optimization.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on information from analytics, website audits, competitive assessments, and user testing.
  • Research, present, and educate the organization on web/digital strategies and optimal user experience.
  • Lead documentation, education, and enforcement of the website management and compliance processes and standards.
  • Design workflows for lifecycle processes that includes: research, development, reviews and testing, and approval, launch, etc.
  • Oversee website migrations across multiple digital platforms.
  • Maintain website subscriptions and licenses.
  • Increase website traffic by working with marketing and content staff to ensure the website ranks and converts.
  • Continually evaluate efforts and determine resources (e.g. staffing, vendors, costs) needed for future success.
  • Display high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, execution of large projects, and working under multiple and competing deadlines.
  • Lead and coordinate CMS trainings as needed.
Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience

Job Summary:

The Sr. Web Manager ensures development, implementation, and quality assurance of the organization’s website presence. This position reports to the Director of Web Marketing Strategy and supervises a team handling website updates.
