Work Hours/Shift:

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Consult with the TA Management Team on team analytics and deliver focused analyses to create insights about the workforce and to derive business and staffing decisions. Be able to tell a story with data; offer leadership different ways of interpreting analytical findings and recommend best practice.
  • Develop predictive models for e.g., attrition, high performance, and recruiting efficiency.
  • Develop, own and optimize existing TA reports (e.g. TA Scorecard, TA Dashboard, etc.) to drive meaningful business results.
  • Manipulate and analyze large datasets using analytic features of multiple tools.
  • Identify statistical analysis techniques required to deliver insights.
  • Advance the use of complex analytical techniques and statistical thinking across Human Resources.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams and provide guidance and training to teams in asking appropriate questions, interpreting data, and translating into action.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate benchmarks with other organizations and report out on market condition changes.
  • Source internal and external data to enhance analytic capabilities.
  • Conduct regular audits to monitor staff production to determine trends and predict future data such as hires, terms, and data funnel activity.

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or other relevant discipline
  • Four years in experience in Data Analytics or Quality Control, preferably in HR analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to build statistical models needed to understand issues at a detailed level and forecast impacts of change
  • Experience with Human Capital Analytics and/or HR Operations including SLAs, benchmarking, and process improvement.
  • Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems (e.g. Peoplesoft, Oracle, Workday, Taleo, etc.) and reporting functionalities
  • Master’s degree in applicable discipline, preferred
  • Two to three years HR Systems and implementation and integration, preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Access database, preferred
  • Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence, preferred
  • Experience with data visualization tool (Power BI), preferred
Job Summary:

The Data and Quality Specialist will consult the Talent Acquisition(TA) Management Team on productivity analytics and deliver focused analyses to create insights about the data trends and to derive business decisions. Responsibility for building and managing regional TA analytic services and tools, leading the detailed statistical analysis of our human capital to identify actionable insights and build predictive models. The insight from this analysis will be used to drive TA investments, talent management decisions and to assess TA program effectiveness. Statistically analyze large data sets of internal and external data and communicate the results across the TA organization in a way that informs and drives the organization to action.
