You Will Be Responsible For:

Demonstrates, through behavior, AdventHealth’s core values of Integrity, Compassion, Balance, Excellence, Stewardship and Teamwork.

  • Supports the implementation of System Transformation programs providing project management, administrative and client service support
  • Maintains confidential data, including program and employee information and metrics including summary reports
  • Develops protocols for maintaining highly confidential data
  • Utilizes processes that track progress, identify and address change issues and provide updates to senior leadership regarding overall project plans
  • Supports the coordination of meetings/sessions across the organization including meeting logistics, materials, and capturing all data
  • Provides recommendations for process improvements as it relates to the daily operations and execution of project management and services.
  • Responds and communicates via Outlook to customer/client inquiries/needs/invites as assigned
  • Strong team player with ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple people with flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Performs other projects and tasks as assigned in the advancement of the department’s goals

What You Will Need:
  • Associates degree in Arts or Sciences

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as, Psychology, Business, Adult Learning/Education, or Behavioral Sciences related field
Job Summary:

As a member of the Central Florida Division System Transformation team, the Coordinator is responsible for optimal effectiveness and continuous improvement with a focus on driving faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with organizational changes that impact the division at the executive, leadership and team member levels.  The position supports the project work and activities associated with division-wide transformation change initiatives. It requires strong collaboration with internal team members and organizational leaders to provide operations support for transformation efforts including change readiness, development, communications, implementation, metrics and sustainability.  Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
