Location: AHMG OBGYN @ Louisville, 100 HEALTH PARK DR, Louisville, CO 80027

The role you’ll contribute:

This position has administrative responsibility for designated practices yet collaborates within an integrated healthcare delivery system. Customers include, but are not limited to regional leadership, physicians, providers, practice management, and staff. External customers include patients, and their caretakers, regulatory bodies, vendors, and the community. The clinic operations will report directly to this role, and this role will have direct supervisory and managerial functions of the clinic’s practice. This role will report to the Director of Regional Operations.

  • Develops plans to identify and reach short and long-term goals and assure development and compliance with operating and capital budgets and achievements of financial performance.

  • Exhibit all Advent Health’s Core and Leadership Behaviors along with Advent Health’s Leadership Competencies.

  • Supports 12 providers and supervises the staff associates.

  • Practice management of an outpatient ambulatory site. Management includes multiple specialties, clinics, and providers.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D

  • Three years of experience in a healthcare related field with at least two years management experience.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and have the skills and to lead a small business.

  • Have a track record of meeting and exceeding key performance metrics.
