Schedule: Full Time

Shift : Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM

Location: AdventHealth 210 MARIE LANGDON DR, Manchester, 40962

The role you’ll contribute:

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the surgical setting. Communicates with physicians/team leaders/coworkers, as appropriate about change in patient’s clinical condition or response to treatment. can respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, can perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. This postion is a surgery call postition

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

  • ASN (Required)

  • Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky (Required)

  • BLS Certification (Required)

  • Successfully completed arrhythmia recognition competency during orientation

  • Obtain ACLS certification within 6 months and maintains thereafter

  • Obtain PALS certification within 6 months and maintains thereafter

Preferred qualifications: ​​​​​​​

  • Care of the Pediatric Patient

  • Care of the Surgical Patient

  • NRP and CNOR

  • Both bilingual and non-bilingual candidates will be considered

  • OR experience Preferred not required
