Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Location: Orlando, FL

The role you’ll contribute:

Under the direct supervision of manager, the Clerical Assistant provides administrative support and general secretarial services. Responsibilities may include document preparation and distribution, arranging meetings, scheduling, generating reports, greeting visitors, and maintaining files. This position requires the use of some independent judgement and appropriate handling of confidential information. Role may handle multiple projects.

  • Answers, evaluates, and appropriately responds to phone calls, correspondence, electronic mail, visits, and other inquiries.

  • Provides clerical/administrative support, relaying messages, arranging appointments and filing.

  • Creates documents, files, prepares correspondence, and produces copies.

  • Prepares, edits and distributes reports, agendas, letters, meeting minutes, and other documents.

  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to complete tasks and objectives.

  • Maintains organized files and office equipment.

  • Meets department set Service Level Agreements (SLA)/performance standards.

  • Arranges or provides travel arrangements.

  • Conducts and participates in event planning activities.

  • Provides coverage for other administrative areas, as needed.

  • Participates in staff meetings, department meetings, in services and other related activities.

  • Performs all other duties as deemed necessary by the Non-Skilled Operations Manager or designee.


The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • High School diploma or GED
