The role you’ll contribute:
Organizes and facilitates activities associated with Quality Management across the Quality Systems Department for Central Florida South Region facilities and medical staff. Employs techniques and tools associated with Project Management to assist teams in achieving goals, and meeting deadlines. Works extensively with executives, physicians, nurses, and other hospital staff in carrying out this function.

Supports Quality Systems meetings and committees; agenda, minute, and presentation preparation.
Creates presentations and reports to support information sharing.
Works with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and align communication plans for initiatives
Coordinates support for online updates and audits to effectively streamline appropriate communication between leaders and committee members.
Maintains awareness of project or initiative status and communicates potential delays or concerns that may affect project outcomes.
Maintains records related to committee engagements, departmental invoicing, payment, and contracts.
Demonstrates exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrates excellent professional communication skills (respectful and courteous) when interacting with executives, physicians, and colleagues across the region.
Demonstrates cooperation, teamwork, and cultural sensitivity when working with others.
Considers factors related to costs and efficiency within department and organization during daily activities.
Successfully maintains committee scheduling, agenda creation, presenter preparation, and presentation collation.
Facilitates organizational compliance with required regulatory reporting to respective committee structures.
Promotes organizational compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and state and federal regulations through quality management activities.
Explores opportunities to improve patient outcomes through performance improvement activities.
Demonstrates commitment to professional and personal growth.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Minimum Two years project management
Experience with executive level committee facilitation, presentation preparation, and scheduling management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly proficient with Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:
- Project management, and/or Microsoft Certifications demonstrating proficiencies
