AdventHealth Shawnee Mission, a leading faith based not for profit health system, is searching for a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to work alongside 2 physicians, and 1 APP to provide care in the beautiful area of Prairie Village, Kansas located 10 minutes East of the Shawnee Mission Hospital location. The ideal physician would provide care for pediatrics to geriatrics and have experience supervising advanced practice providers.

Our physicians provide outpatient only family medicine and share outpatient call with 11 other providers which offers for an excellent work life balance. The office has excellent support staff that allows the physician to focus his/her time seeing patients and delivering top notch “whole person” care, a trademark of AdventHealth.

Our excellent compensation package includes a guaranteed salary for the first 12 months, then based on RVU production along with a quality bonus. Benefits include sign-on bonus, childcare, medical, dental, vision, 403B retirement, ample PDO, professional CME reimbursement and wonderful work-life balance!

AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is an award winning 504 bed hospital with a Medical Staff of over 700 physicians representing over 50 specialties and subspecialties. The hospital has a level III NICU with 24-hour neonatology coverage and is affiliated with the MD Anderson Cancer Network.
