The role you’ll contribute:
Communicate with telemetry and nursing for the mobilization of patients to start Phase I Cardiac Rehab. Review charts, teach home program, assess and screen patients for cardiac rehab.
Phase 2 - Treat patient in the outpatient setting following cardiac intervention. Assess patients at onset, set plan of care, develop exercise program, orient patient to the program, assess and monitor patient throughout each exercise session, update plan of care, communicate with physician, education to the patient and family

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
BLS required within three months
