The role you’ll contribute:

The Marketing Project Manager position is responsible for supporting the execution of division and multi-hospital marketing campaigns, communications and marketing collateral. The manager collaborates with the marketing directors and division marketing team to execute the creative elements of marketing strategy. The manager manages/coordinates the assignment, tracking, and analyzing of division creative projects including media placement (through the agency or directly, as needed) and production. Manages the production timelines of all creative projects to ensure projects are prioritized appropriately and meet deadlines, budgetary and strategy parameters as well as brand standards. Necessitates regular communication with campus marketing managers, web developers, copywriters, graphic designers, videographers, search engine optimization specialists, social strategists, photographers, and printers. Regularly reports on project status, tracks project scopes and budgets, foresees and manages scheduling conflicts, and serves as the single point of contact for marketing job requests.

As a member of the "Division Marketing team, the marketing project manager will be involved in an assortment of tasks, projects and initiatives involving Media Buying, Creative Process/Project Management, Copy Writing, Proof Reading, and Creative Brainstorming.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, Advertising, Healthcare Administration or related field.

· Four years or more of experience and proven track record in strategic and integrated marketing planning, project management and analysis.

· Experience working in a healthcare marketing, advertising agency or strategic and integrated marketing role is required.
