Shift : Day Shift, Evening Shift

The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Tampa

The role you’ll contribute:

To perform duties related to the preparation of food supportive of the department operation.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Prepares all Cafeteria, Doctors’ Dining, Deli and special hot menu items for patient meal service.

· Prepares Women’s Center items according to production sheet.

· Sets up hot food areas of cafeteria according to established diagram layouts.

· Ensures hot food temperatures are within safe range and records temps at time of replenishing any food items.

Keeps in constant communication with tray line supervisor in order to ensure food items are available and provide assistance

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• At least 2 years’ experience in cooking in an institutional setting.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• High School graduate preferred.
