Shift : Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm. Some Weekends, and some call, average 4 days a month of call.

Location : This position will primarily do visits in our "Team Yellow" area which primarily covers the following areas and surrounding areas in the greater Winter Park, Maitland, Casselberry, Altamonte area which focuses on but not limited to the following zip codes: 32701, 32707, 32730, 32751, 32789, 32792

The role you’ll contribute:

Provides vocational nursing services under the supervision of an RN, to patients in their homes.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Performs nursing skills safely and competently.

• Performs patient data collection in a holistic manner.

• Provides accurate and complete documentation.

• Schedules daily visits to facilitate patient needs.

• Plans patient care in consultation with Registered nurse.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• One (1) year of LPN Experience

• Currently licensed in the State of Florida Required

• Certified in Basic Life Support/Adult and Infant/Pediatrics Required

• One (1) year experience in community health nursing preferred

• Thirty (30) hours of Florida Board approved IV Therapy Course Preferred

• Wound Care Experience Preferred
