Job Description:

Manages the CTMS build to support clinical trial budgets, including invoicing, time and effort tracking, and financial reporting. Coordinates and tracks CTMS builds of the clinical trial protocols to ensure compliance and timely implementation. Use current Medicare coverage analysis to determine the billing status of clinical trial services and drive accurate CTMS builds Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure CTMS builds are accurate for efficient financial management of clinical trials. Reviews and interprets study documents such as protocols, informed consents, and legal agreements. Utilizes standard tools and methodologies to support the CTMs build of financial aspects of clinical trials. Provides training and support to staff on budget management and Medicare coverage analysis. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations, award terms, and institutional policies. Assists in resolving and updated CTMS builds due to any billing and coding issues related to clinical trials. Monitors and updates CTMS build financials to reflect changes in study protocols and budgets. Performs other related administrative duties as assigned.
