Job Description:

• Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care. 
• Develops and communicates a plan of care for each patient in collaboration with the patient, family, and significant others.
• Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.
• Evaluates identified problems, care provided, and patient responses to ensure overall quality of care.
• Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided. Pursues professional growth and development, maintaining current knowledge, certification, and licensure per hospital policy.

• Hip and Knee Replacement (HKR) [Preferred]
