Job Description:

Shift Information: Nights 7 on/ 7 off (9pm – 7am)

Address: 2450 North Orange Blossom Trail, Kissimmee, FL 34744

Relocation Bonus: $500

• Educate and counsel patients, families, and healthcare team members on safe and effective medication use. 
• Provide safe, timely, and cost-effective medication therapy; actively participate in stewardship, surveillance, and restricted-use programs.
• Engage in direct patient care and interdisciplinary rounds, ensuring smooth transitions of care from admission through discharge and follow-up.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy technicians, interns, students, and residents; support team learning and development. Identify, report, and help resolve medication safety events, adverse drug reactions, and errors.

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]

• Doctorate [Preferred]

Field of Study:

• PharmD

Work Experience:

• 1+ hospital experience strongly preferred [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist (RPH) [Required]

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) [Required]

• Basic Life Support (BLS) [required]

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) [required]
