Job Description:

• Establishes, implements, and adapts individualized treatment plans, including goal setting, treatment activities, and frequency. 
• Documents all proceedings accurately to ensure program quality and meet hospital and department standards.
• Records additional pertinent information such as medical history in notes and other appropriate forms at the time of occurrence.
• Maintains area-specific productivity standards and markets the massage program in the hospital, community, and to medical personnel as indicated.
• Monitors and communicates supplies needed for job tasks to the designated person.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Technical/Vocational School (Required)Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$21.81 – $34.89
