Job Description:
- Utilizes the Performance Improvement Model to identify and implement strategies for enhancing patient care and departmental efficiency.
- Maintains supportive relationships with colleagues, patients, and families to foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.
- Communicates effectively both in writing and verbally to ensure clear and concise information sharing.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude by seeking to remedy situations before mistakes are made and correcting errors when found.
- Takes responsibility for the overall quality image of the department by ensuring high standards of service and care.

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Medical degree upon hire

Bachelors degree in Nursing or Medical Degree

Five (5) years work experience as a staff nurse OR equivalent Quality Management experience in an acute care hospital upon hire

Experience with team facilitation in a continuous quality improvement environment upon hire
-
Valid FL Registered Nurse license upon hire or Medical Degree
