Job Description:

• Validates and submits registry harvest reports to meet regulatory and registry compliance guidelines.
• Ensures data accurately depicts performance for publicly reported measures to CMS and other accrediting bodies.
• Maintains accurate databases rigorously to ensure follow-up deadlines are met according to registry requirements.
• Coordinates institute quality and outcomes committees or clinical projects with hospital and physician leadership to improve quality and value.
• Completes longitudinal patient follow-up by interviewing and assessing patient health status across the continuum to meet regulatory and registry requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong understanding of complex pathophysiology and surgical procedures to make decisions on the appropriateness of clinical care to measure quality and outcomes
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effectively coordinates multiple priorities
• Competency regarding communication and relationship building
• Must be able to function independently with little or no supervision, including working remotely

Education:
• Associate's Degree

Field of Study:
• in Instructional Design, Instructional Systems Technology, Curriculum and Instruction, or Educational Technology
• in Education, Instructional Design, Instructional Systems Technology, Curriculum and Instruction, or Educational Technology

Work Experience:
• 3+ in specialized nursing including, but not limited to: critical care, catheterization lab, operating room, recovery room, and other related clinical settings

• 5+ in clinical work at a quaternary care hospital system, national clinical registries as referenced above, and/or data analytics including data analysis and registry harvest
