Job Description:
Manages all center activities, including personnel, environmental control, assistance to physicians, equipment, and material control. Recruits, staffs, orients, trains, disciplines, and evaluates personnel in accordance with personnel policy and employee relations laws. Reviews employee time and attendance and monitors staffing, turnover, overtime, and absenteeism. Develops and implements the annual budget, overseeing fiscal operations, cost management, revenue generation, accounts payable, and daily financial practices. Coordinates operating activities with other departments as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Rounds with team members and patients to ensure patient experience standards are upheld. Maintains safe and efficient center operations by monitoring work orders and equipment safety, overseeing vendors, and recommending improvements. Ensures compliance with regulatory licensure and accrediting regulations. Monitors and controls department services through a Quality Assurance Program. Investigates and responds to complaints, taking effective corrective action and involving appropriate parties as necessary. Communicates with key corporate clients routinely to monitor customer satisfaction and attends networking events to identify business opportunities. Manages various aspects of Accounts Receivable, including updating staff on changes, monitoring claims, responding to correspondence requests, and ensuring timely submission of reports.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Demonstrated ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements [Required]
• Proficiency in the performance of basic math functions [Required]
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook [Required]
• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic mail software programs. [Required]
• Aptitude for strong organizational skills [Required]
• Ability to work with people of various backgrounds. [Required]
Education:
• Associate [Preferred]
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
