Job Description:

• Monitors and analyzes inventory levels to ensure optimal stock without over-purchasing.
• Collaborates with department leadership to review and adjust inventory par levels based on usage and demand.
• Generates requisitions for orders and tracks the status of orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Receives and inspects orders to verify accuracy and quality of supplies.
• Communicates with supply chain and clinical teams about inventory changes or unavailable items.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively to carry out job requirements
• Organizational skills
• Ability to manage stress and handle challenging situations and personalities
• Current knowledge of medical terminology or completion of hospital approved course
• Knowledge of inventory control concepts

Education:
• High School Grad or Equiv [Preferred]

Field of Study:
• graduate or G.E.D. equivalent

Work Experience:
• 1+ previous material management or hospital experience [Required]• Previous lead experience. [Preferred]
