Job Description:

• Participates in Performance Improvement activities, including completing and documenting Core Measure indicators timely and accurately. 
• Coordinates equipment availability with patient availability and communicates changes to the surgical team, serving as a point of contact for service specialty needs.
• Monitors product flow, identifies opportunities for product standardization, participates in capital budget planning, and maintains preference cards and inventory processes.
• Assesses and analyzes the health status of patients in a comprehensive manner, performing and documenting ongoing assessments according to policy.
• Reports significant findings from assessments to appropriate healthcare team members and initiates discharge planning with initial admission assessment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic computer skills [Preferred]

• Excellent human relations and oral/written skills [Preferred]

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]

• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
