Job Description:

• Evaluates quality of patient care and outcomes based on administered treatments.
• Directs and coordinates nursing personnel activities on designated shifts, overseeing staff and patient care.
• Assures real-time documentation, including review of task lists and prompt initiation and sign-off of physician’s orders.
• Advises nurses on the appropriateness of calling physicians.
• Assists staff in using electronic quality management tools to evaluate treatment plans and ensure quality outcomes.

• 1+ year acute care experience [Required]• 2+ years acute care experience [Preferred]• Previous Charge RN/Leadership experience [Preferred]
