Job Description:

Work Schedule: Full Time, travel required at least 50% of the time.

• Leads a matrix team to design, execute, and manage a system-wide learning and development strategy, including leadership development for all leadership levels.
• Drives leadership development initiatives aligned with business goals, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
• Oversees the design, implementation, and tracking of leadership development programs and individual development plans.
• Develops and maintains high-quality instructional materials, staying current with learning science and leadership development trends.
• Maintains professional expertise in learning science, leadership development, and technology through ongoing research and development.
• Guides strategy for innovative learning solutions and benchmarks best practices across the learning and development landscape.

• Bachelor's [Required]• Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:
• N/A

Work Experience:
• 5+ leadership experience [Required]• Experience leading training, talent development teams; healthcare experience [Preferred]

Additional Information:
An equivalent combination of education ad relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
– Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience OR
– Associates degree and 7+ years of experience OR
– High School Grad or Equivalent and 9+ years of experience.

Licenses and Certifications:
• DiSC Certification (DISC) [Required]•Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator Certified Practitioner (MBTI Certified Practitioner) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$105,799.32 – $196,791.79
