Job Description:

• As Needed- 1-2 Days a week
• Call and holidays are required
• Utilizes time, personnel, equipment, and supplies effectively to provide high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Manages resources and patient flow by matching nursing competencies with individualized patient and unit needs.
• Uses standards of care, hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to guide practice.
• Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records and clinical data.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Organizational skills
• Verbal interpersonal communication
• Customer relations proficiency
• Proficient in grammar and spelling
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
• Ability to follow verbal instructions
• Keyboarding skills (manual)
• Computer skills (visual and general knowledge)
• Proficient in conversational English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• High level of abstract reasoning to assess patients, evaluate interventions, and revise the plan of care according to patient outcomes
• Critical care experience
• Advanced IV skill set (preferred)
• Experience with electronic medical records (preferred)

Education:
• Associate's of Nursing [Required]• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Field of Study:
• Nursing

Work Experience:
• 1+ experience preferred nursing skills and knowledge base specific to interventional radiology [Preferred]

Associate’s of Nursing (Required), Bachelor’s of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
