Job Description:
Techno Functional Workday Benefits Subject Matter Expert, that manages and maintains HRIS systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance. Ensures data integrity, system security, and efficient processing of HR data. Develops and implements system enhancements and upgrades. Provides technical support and training to HR staff and end-users. Analyzes and reports on HR metrics and data. Collaborates with HR and IT teams to optimize system functionality. Troubleshoots and resolves system issues. Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Manages system integrations with other HR and business systems. Develops and maintains documentation for system processes and procedures. Participates in HRIS projects and initiatives. Provides support for system audits and data validation. Other duties as assigned.
Ideal Qualifications:

Senior Analyst with deep Workday Benefits experience.

Ability to provide expertise in Workday Benefits configuration and strong experience with this (eligibility and event rules, benefit groups and plans, rates, etc.)

Must have experience with Workday Open Enrollment processing; End of year processing (post OE and prior to 1/1) with vendor file reporting and 4th quarter changes (out of sequence events).

Strong understanding and experience developing or modifying Workday Benefits business processes

Ability to perform Workday Benefits testing, such as unit testing, end to end integration testing
-
Ability to assist with testing and supporting HCM integrations to carriers and third party vendors.

Ability to assist with EIB loads, and Report Writer.

Ability to provide demos and small group training sessions.

Ability to perform advanced Workday Benefits troubleshooting and Tier 3-level production support

Workday Benefits experience should be recent.

Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Advanced level knowledge of HR/PR systems/operations [Required]• PC/Laptop [Required]• Basic system/application/data troubleshooting [Required]• Advanced critical thinking and root cause analysis processing skills [Required]• Advance Microsoft Office Skills, particularly in Excel [Required]• Analytical skills [Required]• Project/process design or improvement analysis skills [Required]• Specialized HRIS skills which includes application configuration and system support, troubleshooting, and report/query running. [Required]• Advanced knowledge of HR/PR systems/operations in Healthcare setting preferred [Preferred]• Prefer knowledge/skills in any combination of the following: [Preferred]• Taleo (or other applicant tracking related application) [Preferred]• Oracle PeopleSoft (or other related ERP) [Preferred]• WorkForce Software (or other Time and Attendance/Labor related applications) [Preferred]• Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) [Preferred]• SQL, Business Objects (BO) and/or Crystal Reports [Preferred]• System Testing/Data Modeling Applications [Preferred]
Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study:
• or 3-year Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of related experience.
Work Experience:
• 2+ project/process design or improvement analysis experience required [Required]• 4+ experience in hr application support (hr systems, time and attendance systems, or reporting and analytics) or equivalent experience. [Required]• Experience related to HR/PR in Healthcare preferred. [Preferred]
