Job Description:
Performs other duties as assigned. Leads Community Health programs, building collaborative relationships with schools, churches, youth, and community organizations. Develops physician relation representatives’ activities to maximize their effectiveness and efficiency in achieving business priorities. Develops models for funding and implementing new programs, analyzing their effectiveness, including care models, financial forecasting, and deployment plans. Oversees strategy and product/program development, including market research, needs analysis, competitive market analysis, and marketing plans for new programs or offerings. Provides strategic development, recommendations, and coordination of long-term and short-term business plans to grow market presence. Oversees strategy, multi-year planning, product development, and implementation of strategic and operational priorities, including budget processes and financial improvement initiatives. Leads the development of regional clinic strategy with physician enterprise to advance and operationalize opportunities. Collaborates with market leaders on network strategies to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and vision. Develops recruitment, acquisition, physician placement, and growth strategies to increase volumes and market share. Develops and maintains annual budgets, performing periodic cost and productivity analyses. Designs, establishes, and maintains organizational structure and staffing to achieve goals and objectives, including recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating staff. Identifies and quantifies strategic market opportunities, threats, and trends to position the organization for future success.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
