Position Overview:
AdventHealth Surgery Center Blue Springs is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our established ambulatory surgery team in Orange City, Florida.
This lifestyle-focused ASC model offers:
- Monday–Friday schedule | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- No call, nights, weekends, or holidays
- Predictable workflow and strong work-life balance
This role provides clinical variety within a collaborative outpatient setting — delivering both professional satisfaction and strong work-life balance.

Surgical Specialties & Case Mix:
- Gastroenterology – Colonoscopy, EGD, minimally invasive GI procedures
- Orthopedics – Total joint replacement, sports medicine, spine, hand/upper extremity
- General Surgery – Laparoscopic cholecystectomy, appendectomy, hernia repair
- Specialized Services – ENT, ophthalmology (cataract), podiatry, urology
This balanced case mix supports strong clinical engagement while maintaining ASC efficiency and predictability.
Location – Orange City, Florida:
Located in Volusia County, Orange City offers proximity to Daytona Beach and Orlando, no state income tax, excellent schools, and year-round outdoor recreation.

Candidate Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for Florida medical licensure
