Job Description:
Fully remote but candidates need to live in Chicago area for occasional onsite meetings
Schedule: Role is Per Diem/As needed for coverage and additional hours available per month for projects; 8:00am – 4:30pm shifts when scheduled
Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]
Work Experience:
• 3+ years related experience
Strong Clinical Background/ Assessment Skills
Effective and Transparent Written/Verbal Communication Skills
Critical Thinking / Problem Solving/Analytical Skills
Strong Organizational Skills/Proactive Mindset
Strong Interpersonal/Active Listening/Diplomacy Skills
Collaboration/ Liaison/Negotiation/Mediation Skills
Hospital Based WC or Occupational Health Experience
Knowledge of OSHA Regulatory Standards, WC laws, State-specific regulations
