About the Opportunity:
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dedicated, skilled, and patient-focused colorectal surgeon to join our established group of four highly respected surgeons at AdventHealth Daytona Beach, a 362-bed, nationally recognized hospital serving Volusia County and the surrounding communities.

Position Highlights:
- Join a collaborative, collegial team of 4 experienced surgeons with a strong referral base in a growing market
- Access to robotics, Da Vinci, outpatient surgery centers and a full spectrum of support services
- The Daytona hospital is expanding and will open up a new 100 bed tower and 4 additional Operating Rooms in 2026
- Medical Oncology, Infusion and Radiation available on site
- Anesthesia support 24/7
- Dedicated time in the OR, ambulatory surgical center and clinic
- Will have APP support and cross coverage for inpatient and call with existing, experienced partners
- Serve a diverse patient population in a thriving coastal community
- AI Scribes built into our EMR System
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary with productivity bonus potential.

Job Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Eligible through: American Board of Surgery/ American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery
- Active clinical practice in colorectal
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
- DEA license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong commitment to teamwork, patient-first care, and excellent communication skills.
