Job Description:

• SHIFT: 8A – 4:30 P M-F AND ONE WEEKEND PER MONTH. SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE PER BUSINESS NEED.

• THIS POSITION COVERS ADVENTHEALTH APOPKA, WINTER GARDEN AND MINNELOA.

• Develops monthly staffing schedules and ensures coverage for vacations, sickness, and holidays.

• Mobilizes personnel as necessary to achieve expected productivity and monitors time and attendance.

• Accomplishes work results by establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results.

• Conducts interviews through the hiring process, performs employee evaluations as scheduled, and oversees new hire orientations and training.

• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel [Required]• Basic computer skills to include MS Office and Outlook [Required]• Knowledge of hiring, development, and termination procedures [Preferred]• Able to communicate in English and Spanish [Preferred]• Knowledge of linen processing procedures and linen sterilization [Required]
