Job Description:

Oversees the development and implementation of new programs and services, driving innovation through technology and information systems. Engages with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the service line. Monitors and evaluates the performance of service line programs using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement. Provides leadership and direction to service line staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Manages the financial performance of service line programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Participates in organizational leadership meetings and committees to represent the service line and contribute to overall organizational strategy. Other duties as assigned. Develops and implements strategic plans for service line programs to align with organizational goals. Leads the development and execution of clinical programs and initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes. Manages the operational deployment of service line programs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Pay Range:

$112,092.75 – $208,492.52
