Position Overview

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Night Shift Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join our growing inpatient medicine team at AdventHealth Fish Memorial in Orange City, Florida.

This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering a 7-on/7-off night schedule. This role is ideal for an APP who values autonomy, clinical complexity, and a predictable schedule while working within a highly collaborative and well-supported hospitalist program.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight admissions and cross-coverage for hospitalist service
• Manage patients across general medical floors and ICU (with support)
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered inpatient care
• Participate in clinical decision-making and acute patient management

Candidate Qualifications: 

• APRN or PA-C (required)
• Board Certified (applicable certification)
• Hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Eligible for Florida licensure
