General Urology Opportunities – AdventHealth Minneola

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a General Urologist to help establish and grow our presence in South Lake County. With the new hospital, AdventHealth Minneola, opening in late 2025, this is a unique opportunity to build a thriving practice with the support of an experienced healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide comprehensive general urological care to a diverse patient population in both inpatient and outpatient settings 
• Participate in a shared call model with urologists at nearby campuses while covering your own practice call 
• Work closely with Advanced Practice Providers who will support the urologist both inpatient and outpatient 
• Access to robotic surgery within the organization. 
• Collaborate with hospital staff and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care 
• Help establish a robust urology service at a new facility

Qualifications: 

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology 
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills 
• Active FL license and DEA, or ability to obtain 
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care 
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus 
• Ability to work effectively in a new, team-orientated environment 
• Proficiency in robotic surgery is a plus
