Job Description:

* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs. * Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses. * Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols. * Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. * Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Pay Range:

$31.53 – $52.24
