Job Description:
Work Schedule: 12- and 24-hour shifts
- Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls by assessing patients, providing care within established protocols, and determining appropriate treatment and transport methods.
- Operate and maintain emergency vehicles and equipment by driving the ambulance safely, ensuring vehicle and medical equipment readiness, and following all safety regulations.
- Support high-quality patient care by assisting higher-level medical personnel, communicating effectively with dispatch, hospitals, and emergency responders, and delivering compassionate customer service.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance by completing patient care reports, billing documentation, and adhering to medical protocols, infection control standards, and patient confidentiality requirements.
- Maintain operational readiness by participating in ongoing training, supporting community outreach initiatives, and collaborating with leadership and response partners to provide effective emergency medical services.

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Field of Study:

Work Experience:
• 1+ year experience in the field [Preferred]
Additional Information:
• Licensed in the state of practice [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
• Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) [Required] OR
• EMT-Advanced (EMT-A) [Required]
• Basic Life Support (BLS) [Required]
• Driver's License (DL) [Required]
