AdventHealth Cancer Institute and AdventHealth Medical Group are seeking a dynamic and compassionate board-certified or board-eligible medical oncologist to join our growing team at AdventHealth Celebration. This adult-focused opportunity offers the chance to practice within a highly connected cancer program, supported by the resources of a cancer system ranked in the top 4% in the nation for cancer care according to U.S. News & World Report. The Celebration campus provides access to a comprehensive network of surgical, diagnostic, treatment, and supportive oncology services, allowing physicians to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care within a collaborative environment.

We are looking for a physician who is committed to high-quality care and thrives in a multidisciplinary setting. This general medical oncology role is supported by established referral relationships and specialty services, including surgical oncology, breast surgery, gastroenterology, urology, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, nurse navigation, social work, research coordination, multidisciplinary tumor boards, and clinical trials. Physicians benefit from a team-based model that emphasizes whole-person care, clinical excellence, innovation, and continued program growth. Patients have access to comprehensive treatment options, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation therapy, advanced imaging, surgery, and participation in a robust clinical trials program.

• Primarily outpatient general medical oncology practice with strong inpatient support and growing patient demand

Candidate Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Fellowship-trained in Hematology/Oncology
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
