Job Description:

• Develops and implements recruitment strategies to attract qualified providers.
• Collaborates with leadership to identify staffing needs and create recruitment plans.
• Sources candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and professional networks.
• Screens and evaluates candidate applications and resumes to determine suitability for the position.
• Conducts interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization.
• Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of recruitment and onboarding processes, making improvements as needed.
• Manages the offer process, including negotiating terms and extending job offers to selected candidates.
• Facilitates the onboarding process for new providers, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Provides orientation and training to new providers, covering organizational policies, procedures, and culture.
• Ensures all necessary documentation and credentials are obtained and verified for new hires.
• Acts as a point of contact for new providers, addressing any questions or concerns during the onboarding process.
• Collaborates with various departments to ensure new providers have the resources and support needed to succeed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:

$95,867.20 – $178,339.20
