Residency Programs

The AdventHealth Neurological Physical Therapy Residency Program is a 12-month intensive program designed to help residents grow into advanced neurological physical therapy practitioners. Residents gain hands-on experience across acute care, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient settings, supported by structured mentoring, didactic training and evidence-based practice.

The AdventHealth Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program offers a year-long intensive study of orthopedic physical therapy, combining clinical practice, one-on-one mentoring, didactic training and professional development. The program prepares residents to become advanced practitioners and pursue Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification.

The AdventHealth Pelvic and Women’s Health Residency Program is a 12-month, evidence-based program offering extensive hands-on clinical experience at Innovation Tower. Residents benefit from dedicated didactic learning, mentorship, research, advocacy and medical partner shadowing while preparing for advanced practice in women’s health physical therapy.

The AdventHealth Sports Physical Therapy Residency Program provides comprehensive education, practical field experience and mentorship from experienced sports physical therapists. Residents train in advanced sports physical therapy while gaining clinical practice, physician collaboration and athletic venue coverage experience.
