Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday 9a-5p
Location: 908 N Elm Street, Hinsdale, IL
The role you'll contribute:
Supervises the daily activities of clerical and medical support staff within an assigned area.
The value you'll bring to the team:
Provides leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
Completes performance evaluations and handles disciplinary actions.
Coordinates patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
Participates in direct delivery of care depending on patient census.
Ensures compliance with clinical guidelines and protocols.
Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of patient care practices.
Collaborates with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintains accurate documentation of patient care activities.
Implements process improvements to enhance patient care quality and efficiency.
Facilitates communication and collaboration among team members.
Coordinates daily staffing assignments and staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage.
Supports continuous performance and quality improvement initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
High School Grad or Equiv Required
One or more years of Work Experience Required
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) Required
