    Our company policy (CW HR 240) requires that all internal recruitment candidates notify their current manager they’ve applied to an internal position. Read the full policy below.

    “Prior to formally applying and interviewing for the position, the employee must inform their current manager. All applicants for positions must be made on the company’s applicant tracking system. If requesting a transfer to two or more positions, team members must complete a separate request for each position.”

    While we’re eager for you to find the perfect fit here at AdventHealth, we do ask that all team members wait at least six months before applying to an internal recruitment job opportunity. This allows you and your manager to get a better sense of your skills and talents, so they can help guide you to the position that’s right for you.
