Have one or more years of recent nursing experience in a tertiary-level acute care hospital  (100-bed minimum)

Have passed the NCLEX-RN

Have passed an English language competency exam

Be willing to make a three-year contract commitment

The AdventHealth Transcultural Assimilation Program (TAP) provides an opportunity for international nurses to successfully transition and assimilate into the United States healthcare system. We’re committed to providing you with a pathway for your success while enhancing your personal and professional growth. Our Transcultural Assimilation Program offers many important advantages, including:
