Job Description:

Manages budgets and resources, maintains appropriate staffing and understands healthcare finance. Oversees staff performance, manages staffing, hiring, orientation, and discipline, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Leads and supports performance and quality improvement initiatives, implements evidence-based practice changes, and ensures compliance with professional standards and hospital policies. Provides strong leadership and mentorship, ensures high-quality clinical care, supports staff development, and maintains clear communication and planning for patient care delivery. Demonstrates professionalism, supports ongoing education and development, maintains confidentiality, and upholds ethical standards and organizational policies. Demonstrates competencies in human resource and financial management, leading performance improvement initiatives, and utilizing technology in patient care. Communicates effectively with patients, families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient focused care. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
