Job Description:

Partners with clinical and executive leaders to ensure program alignment. Manages the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Leadership Institute programs. Onboards candidates for Leadership Institute programs, in collaboration with Managers and Directors. Continuously builds the candidate pipeline and manages ongoing relationships. Plans program aspects such as location reservation, floorplan layout, catering, agenda planning, and communication with executives. Gathers presentation materials, works with A/V, and coordinates with external presenters and consultants. Tracks budgetary spending with accounting teams for expense reports, inter-department transfers, and taxable benefits. Co-organizes strategy planning meetings, captures minutes, and follows up with stakeholders. Schedules external site visits to determine event space functionality. Manages program speakers, facilitators, entertainment, social events, meals, and travel/lodging accommodations. Collects presenter slides and supports facilitation needs, including materials, markers, and room layout. Communicates with and supports program participants throughout the program and assists alumni from Leadership Institute programs. Manages and oversees event days, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, set-up, staff and vendor communication, and take-down. Collaborates with creative services/communications team to create and maintain program materials, announcements, and articles. Administers assessments (DiSC, WorkPlace Big 5, etc.) as needed. Maintains content on the program participant SharePoint site. Produces reports for leadership, including department metrics and Leadership Institute Steering Committee presentations. Creates documentation for specific programs and offerings. Maintains positive relationships across the organization. Handles confidential information discreetly. Other duties as assigned. Understands the needs of learning and development partners to create impactful experiences for leaders.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:

• Bachelor’s [Required]

Field of Study:

• Communications, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Health Care Administration or like degree 

Work Experience:

• 3+ years as a project or program coordinator or in a professional support function [Required]
• Leadership program coordination [Preferred]
