Job Description:

• Participates in an on-call rotation and supports the team’s effort to provide 24×7 PACS support to radiology and cardiology imaging departments.
• Supports primary and secondary facilities during each shift and when on-call, with occasional travel.
• Collaborates with various departments to streamline documentation workflows and supports the implementation of best practices in imaging documentation.
• Develops and maintains a robust knowledge of the product initiatives and categories supported, ensuring data integrity and effective communication of findings. Other duties as assigned.
• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves intermediate PACS incidents and requests via the service ticketing system for imaging-related software applications and hardware equipment while adhering to established service level agreements and ticket processing guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of AGFA/Siemens/GE/Hologic/Nuance/3D Imaging Solutions [Required]

• Intermediate level of knowledge & understanding in a clinical informatics environment [Required]

• Knowledge in supporting an entire PACS System and all related components [Required]

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work courteously and effectively with all levels of customers including team members, leadership, physicians, clinical staff, and vendors [Required]

• Strong analytical, organizational, technical, & project management skills [Required]

Education:

• Associate [Preferred]

• Bachelor's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

• N/A

Work Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience working in a customer service position [Preferred]

• 3+ years’ healthcare or it experience [Required]
