Job Description:

Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Nights

Location: 529 LAKE ESTELLE DRIVE, Orlando, 32803

Installs, inspects, maintains, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on all heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.

Develops and implements departmental equipment procedures for power outages.

Assists in the operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems, performing essential repairs and other duties as requested.

Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs all HVAC mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under general supervision.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to identify equipment needs, parts and supplies, and maintain adequate inventory [Required]• Able to communicate in English [Required]• Must have the ability to document records neatly and accurately [Required]

Education:
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Work Experience:
• 3+ hvac [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:
• Driver's License (DL) [Preferred]
