Job Description:

  • Trains staff on the use and maintenance of technology equipment. 
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting for all technology-related issues in the operating rooms.
  • Coordinates with vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Assists in the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment for educational programs. Maintains inventory of technology equipment and supplies.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology in educational programs. Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Professional, Final Cut Pro and Avid editing programs [Required]

• Strong team building skills to work with the direct team [Required]

• Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment [Required]

• Ability to exercise objective judgment in critical-thinking skills [Required]

• Strong communication and service-recovery skills [Required]

• Ability to work in high-stress environment [Required]

• Associate [Preferred]
