Job Description:
Develops and oversees the execution of strategic marketing plans for service lines based on organizational priorities. Leads and participates in the annual operating budget planning, development, and oversight for the marketing team. Coordinates and executes marketing and community events in collaboration with the physician marketing and community outreach team. Manages campus-level social media channels and reputation, ensuring consistent and positive representation. Oversees the online provider directory, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Med Staff, Clinic Management, and the Consumer Experience Center. Coordinates marketing plans for onboarding new providers and manages communication for offboarding providers. Represents the organization positively at community programs and functions to promote the brand. Aligns community relations initiatives with the Director of Physician Relations and Community through partnerships with local organizations. Collaborates with the Director of Physician Relations to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns and physician relations initiatives. Works with the AVP/Communications Director on crisis mitigation and adherence to HIPAA guidelines for film/photography requests. Investigates and resolves marketing and communication issues, both internally and externally, and evaluates competitive healthcare services. Supervises staff communication, including meetings, job descriptions, individual goals, policy information, and performance evaluations. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred. [Required]• Must have strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability and willingness to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. [Required]• Strong time management and project management skills with ability to finish projects on deadlines. [Required]• Excellent written communication skills and AP writing style. [Required]• Working knowledge of the video production process. [Required]• Ability to work independently without supervision. Must be responsible and proactive with the ability to lead and complete assignments within respective timeframes. [Required]• Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution are important skills for the position. [Required]• Ability to deal with information that may be confidential in nature.
