Job Description:

• Other duties as assigned.
• Manages access to credentialing databases and ensures data security. Liaises with credentialing bodies, responds to inquiries, and provides status updates.
• Develops and implements credentialing processes and policies.
• Verifies and maintains accurate records of healthcare professionals' qualifications, licenses, and certifications.
• Monitors network performance, troubleshoots issues, and implements necessary upgrades.
• Coordinates with IT staff, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless network operations.
• Provides regular updates on network status and documents changes and procedures.
• Ensures timely processing of credentialing applications and maintains accurate records.
• Manages the operation, maintenance, and optimization of the network to ensure reliability, security, efficiency, and accuracy of data.
• Demonstrated strong ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Provides training on credentialing procedures and updates to staff.

Bachelor’s (Required)Certified Professional Medical Staff Management (CPMSM) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$72,786.83 – $135,385.27
