Job Description:
Acts as a liaison with local clinical programs to ensure positive student experiences. Tracks and maintains records of education and competency program completions. Identifies strategies for improving professional development activities and patient outcomes. Other duties as assigned. Leads teams or committees in developing evidence-based protocols, procedures, policies, or programs. Collaborates with practice leadership and providers to ensure staff competency validation. Utilizes in-person and virtual learning methods to deliver educational content. Conducts new employee and annual education needs assessments to identify learning requirements. Develops and implements competency programs based on assessment data. Creates educational materials and curriculum for best-practice or evidence-based practice. Evaluates the effectiveness of educational activities and makes necessary adjustments. Partners with practices to promote and deliver programs that support skill and professional development. Provides expertise in the development of educational offerings.

• MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications. [Required]
• Experience with Athena, or Epic system [Preferred]
Education:
• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
• Master's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience:
• 1+ of clinical cardiology experience [Required]
• Experience as a nurse educator [Preferred]
• Teaching experience in formal/informal settings [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
